Original Post:
One of our core values at WAWOS is commitment to the extended nonprofit community. As a board, we decided early on to live this value by marking today, Giving Tuesday, as an opportunity to give back.

We created the WAWOS Wishes program to recognize nonprofits that are making adventure accessible for kids with physical differences and delays. In our 4 years as a 501 (c)(3) organization, we're proud to have awarded over $100K in directed gifts to support these efforts, and we're again calling for submissions for this year's campaign.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Tell us about a nonprofit in your community that provides accessible recreation -- whether dance, art, sports or more -- and our board will review all entries. Drop us an email (wishes@wawos.org) or post on social media and tag @wawosorg

The 10 recipient organizations of $2500 each will be announced on December 10th.

A huge shout out to our nonprofit community for the work they do, and much joy to each of you, our supporters and volunteers, who continue to believe in the WAWOS mission of inclusion.
