When I talk about inclusion, I mean acceptance.
And when I talk about acceptance, I mean celebration.
When I say celebration, I mean open-hearted.
When I say open-hearted, I mean kindness.
When I say kindness, I mean strength.
When I say be strong, I also mean vulnerable.
When I say vulnerable,
I mean love.
Let's lead with love in 2020
