Lila's Fundraiser for WAWOS
Posted Feb 14, 2021 by Jacquie Robison
Hi! My name is Lila Hawks. I'm a 14 year old artist living in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

My friend, Sofia, was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when we were in preschool. At the time, I didn’t really notice or understand what that meant. She has always been one of the most upbeat and hard-working kids I know, and her family is an important part of my life. Through my friendship with Sofia, I have learned about Cerebral Palsy, neuromuscular delays, and how important it is to be a positive and kind person to everyone.

Sofia’s mom started the non-profit WAWOS, which has taught me that we are all working on something, no matter how big or small.

I am a young artist and want to use my art to make a difference. I'm selling notecard sets with my artwork, titled “Everyone Belongs”, and donating 100% of net proceeds to support WAWOS and its mission of inclusion.

PRICE
One set of 5 notecards + envelopes tied with reusable ribbon = $20

and provide your name, mailing address and the number of notecard sets you'd like to order.

To confirm your purchase, please Venmo the amount due to @kim-hawks-1

Thanks so much for your interest in my “Everyone Belongs” notecard set and for supporting WAWOS!

Much joy,
Lila
